Kind of like this? http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/d...23&pid=1099 That is like a wrist roller, but a pinch your wrist works your wrists at 90 degree angles to a wrist roller...ie stressing the sides rather than the tops and bottoms. philthy Posted May 19, 2007 Posted May 19, 2007 One tool I made a couple years back, 2 hockey pucks with 2 Screws through them(off center) then just tie a rope to one screw and the second screw will help lift pull the rope up. Works great. Best Regards. Quote
