EricMilfeld Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 I've been a member here for too long not to know this, but I read that the Blob 50 was modeled after the original Blob (half of a york 100 pounder) and weighed in at 51.4 pounds, so what is the actual weight of a Blob? Isn't it going to be the weight of the York dumbbell's handle less than 50 pounds? Quote
nickr104 Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 (edited) They very a lot. I think The original blob Is 52.5 . One of the blobs Doc and I have is 50 right on and the other one close to 51. I would guess you might find some less than 50 a fuzz. Edited April 23, 2007 by nickr104 Quote Nick RosendaulI am a Upser"I slept with John Eaton and lived to tell about it!"
Biggerfoot Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 My $1 garage sale scale states that mine is just under a hair of 50 pounds. Most of my other blobs also weighed in from right on or .25 to nearly a pound less. I would think that is to be expected due to the handle. Quote Real Name: Clay Johnson
Wes Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 My York blob is 51.5 Quote There is a natural order. The way things are meant to be. An order that says the good guys always win, that you die when it's your time or when you have it coming, that the ending is always happy-if only for someone else.
