David Horne Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 We've been having a go at some bar scrolling. I can even do it today, as I don't feel it in my back, or my shoulder really. I read through some old books and got a few tips, and I tell you it was very fullfilling, and a good workout, especially I think when the steel gets thicker I can imagine. Elizabeth scrolled a 4 foot long x 1/2" bar. Just a heads up to all, but most know about this anyway. David Quote

dimmers Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 I think once i get where i want to be with my short bar bending then long bar will definately come in to the mix! I've heard and read that it can be a quite dangerous (compared to short bar bending) and that technique and safety are very important when long bar bending? Any thoughts? Quote

Tim71 Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 Nice work Elizebeth! I still love the long bar bending and scrolling although I'm not very artistic. People do enjoy seeing the big steel bent. Tim Quote
