Long Bar Scrolling

Recommended Posts

We've been having a go at some bar scrolling. I can even do it today, as I don't feel it in my back, or my shoulder really. I read through some old books and got a few tips, and I tell you it was very fullfilling, and a good workout, especially I think when the steel gets thicker I can imagine.

Elizabeth scrolled a 4 foot long x 1/2" bar.

Just a heads up to all, but most know about this anyway.

I think once i get where i want to be with my short bar bending then long bar will definately come in to the mix!

I've heard and read that it can be a quite dangerous (compared to short bar bending) and that technique and safety are very important when long bar bending? Any thoughts?

Nice work Elizebeth! I still love the long bar bending and scrolling although I'm not very artistic.

People do enjoy seeing the big steel bent.
