neilkaz Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Nice going !! You may soon want to start microloading this harder by taping something like a heavy washer or on the end of the hammer or even a 0.5 or 1 kg weight plate if you have one. .. neilkaz .. Quote
Yawriats Posted April 14, 2007 Author Posted April 14, 2007 Thanks guys! Yeah, I thought about adding some weight, but I'll wait a little bit... Don't want to mess up my ligaments or something. I'll concentrate first on building solid base. Also, I need to work on my front lever, to even things up... Quote

Crotchulla Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 My favorite part was the music. Usually people post grip stuff with hardcore rock and stuff, but you keep it simple and light. Oh, and good levering. Another way to make it harder it the hold the sledge about at head level when you start to lever. I didn't think anything about it when it first read it, then I did it, and couldn't do nearly as much as what I was used to. Then move onto a bigger sledge. It's smart to get a solid base. Take it slow and you'll never have to takes months off to heal up. Quote Goals by April 2008 Close #3 (still) Deadlift 470 lbs (still) Middle finger lift 200lbs Military Press BW
