Mitch Kirchner Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 My support grip is so much stronger with a switch grip than double overhand. I only use the switch on my really heavy sets tho, when I need it. I know everyone can hold onto much more weight when they have one over, one under than a double overhand, but why? Quote Git-R-Done!
