Healthy Hands = Stronger #2 Close

Thanks for the advice in the "Common Sense Check" thread. I took the time off, got back into the gripping gradually, and am now really dominating the #2. I was getting it every now and again before I took the time off like you guys suggested. The #2.5 and #3 are on their way!

Serious grip training started: Feb 2007

Current Bests (next goal):

- #2 NS (#2.5 MMS)

- 4 10's pinch w/ 2 fingers (2 35's)

- RT 165 (200)

- 36", 8lb. sledge OH lever (36", 10.5lb.)

- < 30sec deck tear (<10sec)

Man, that was practically no set! Good job man. Hope I get there soon..
