egg_uk Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 for reps on cruch i alternate between singles on a goal gripper, to fairly high reps on one that i can mash, its working ok at the minute, might change soon. you just have to do what feels right for you and what you make progress with. there are many different training programmes and they have all worked for someone. experiment with different regimes, and when you find one that is working for you stick with it for a while, then try and improve it for yourself. dont just stick with it, as your progress will slow and you could plateau. you will learn what works for you and what doesnt. Autolupus Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 Pronation/Supination: is twisting the wrist.( with arm out in front of you, moving from palm up to palm down). Ulnar and radial devation: is effectively what you do when levering a sledge to the front and back (with your arm at your side). Quote Mike Mackenzie. Luceo non uro.

Don't really train with sledges 5. " I do static holds with grippers but with shrugs I use the same weight COC#3 does(if you replace the KG with LBS ). I add weight to those when I can get 12 full reps so maybe around 10-15 seconds. TNS of filed 1.5(I'm starting to think it's an easier one) MMS'ing a #2 4 10's and lots of long (6-8") 1/4 CRS bends.
