layla Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 Got a bar at lowes and the round part that fastens on to the end, it is 3/4 inch or inch, will have to read label on side of bar. I pulled up 130 for a 1r max above the height of a duct tape roll and partialy another attempt. now I need to hear from those who have trained and gained on the vbar relating good routines. bencrush Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 My advice would be to search through every post Mikael Siversson has ever made regarding vbar and/or vbar training. You will get a treasure trove of information. There are other great vbar guys out there, but none that I can think of that have put as much thought into the training that goes into increasing the vbar total to WR and above levels. I have studied all I could find on vbar and it's well worth it if you're serious about getting world class strong on it. Have patience though. It won't come overnight unless you're a bit of a genetic freak. And in that case, good for you. Quote
