Thats a great lift.Whats the height of the Hubs on the Bodypower plates? they are usually under 1 inch which makes that all the more impressive

never measured the height but i think they are roughly 1'' or slightly less!

They are most likely less maybe 2cm.Thats a fantastic lift on such a shallow hub :rock

Thanks Mark. I will measure them next time i use them (plates aren't mine) and find out for sure. There are 2 types of bodypower plates, the other sort (not the type in the vid) are much thinner and have a hub with a bigger diameter but it is very shallow, and pretty much unliftable (at elast by my hands).

Just thought it would be worth mentioning that i tried curling the plate by the hub and got OWNED. I have no idea how big Steve McGranahan can do this. He is an absolute freak.

nice going sam as easy as you got them it wont take long to curl them by the hub it took me about a month to be able to curl them and i dont know ho long it took flo but i remember him doing two at a time cant find the video
