How My Workout?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section,. if it is please move to the right one.

So, all i have is a trainer, and a 1. Ill be getting a 2 soon. Anyway, right now i do

Trainer--10 reps (warmup)

coc 1---3s 5r

Strapholds--Trainer+10lbs, ill do 3 single rep sets for as long as i can hold it. Usually around 6 seconds.

coc 1---5r

Trainer---10 reps.

Please let know if there is anything i should change/add?

dont focus to much on grippers . do what Mr horne says :p u need some equipment tho :F

Definately mix it up with other grip stuff, pinch and block for sure. Some wrist and forearm stuff too.

It might sound counter-intuitive, but these will make you stronger on grippers as well.
