Ill be getting a 2 soon. Anyway, right now i do Trainer--10 reps (warmup) coc 1---3s 5r Strapholds--Trainer+10lbs, ill do 3 single rep sets for as long as i can hold it. Usually around 6 seconds. coc 1---5r Trainer---10 reps. Please let know if there is anything i should change/add? Edited December 8, 2006 by divided Quote

Left Side Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Definately mix it up with other grip stuff, pinch and block for sure. Some wrist and forearm stuff too. It might sound counter-intuitive, but these will make you stronger on grippers as well. Quote
