gripuru Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 I heard that several guys are training very hard to achieve this goal (Kevin Bussi, Wes, etc) Who else is nowadays training for that especific goal and think that is not that far away for reaching it? I only want to be updated refering to grippers. Thanks and God bless Quote

I can provide video of this next time i do max choker work, which should be next week sometime. Quote real name: Sam Solomi

CoC#3 Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Yes, i definately want to get #3 certed. I am looking at early next year. Quote real name: Sam Solomi
mobsterone Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 To close yes, to certify... well we will see. It will completely depend on the gripper and circumstances (competitions, personal targets and so on). I need to get back to regular BBSE closes, get some clamp work done, get some higher negative work under my belt and so on. I will say that there is a lot more (CoC 3 / Sam) likley competitors looking to compete in the competition next year (2-3 or more from Gymnation, ditto from our crew in Hopewell Street - inc Nick and TT), some Brits from grippermania plus the usual faces). All that means I cannot let up one bit if I wanna keep being British Champ. This means (I think) a CoC 4 right handed at least and a combined total exceeding 7 plus other lifts of similar levels to have a chance next year.
