rying Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Do a gripboard search for "Bender" and you should find a link to his website. You can also go to the Diesel Crew website and read Rick Walker's "Combat Grip Training". Lots of good stuff. No levering (or other grip work) while on KTA. KTA is for gripper specialization, period. You might get results with a hybrid program that includes levering if you greatly reduce the KTA volume/frequency, but don't expect the same results on grippers if you do that.
