divided Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 (edited) Im looking at getting the fast bastart 2.5" wrist roller, and was wondering if there is anything else i need with it, it says it includes cord and hook, so id assume ill have everythin gi need. Just wondering how the weight is loaded, and i like the fact its not knurled and 2.5'. Here is the link http://www.fatbastardbarbellco.com/WRISTROLLERS.html Is it hollow to allow it to fit over a bb? How much weight will it hold? Ive never done wrist rollers before so id like to know what i should start with in regards to weight. Thanks! Edited November 14, 2006 by divided Quote
Scott Styles Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 You need a loading pin. The roller fits over a 1" diameter bar, doubt you'd be able to get it over the weight stops on a barbell. It'd scratch up the bar pretty badly as well. I used mine on the safety bar in my power rack, worked good. I bet you could probably ask them to weld some larger diamter washers on the ends of the roller if you need to put it on something bigger. Quote You don't get a dog and do the barking yourself.
