gripuru Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Tomorrow im going to try to deadlift 2 45´s, last time i got them about 15 inches off the floor, so this time i hope i can do it. I will send a video or a photo. I have a question also: who is the youngest that has done this feat? I think Wes is going to get it this year or next, but probably this year. Thanks God bless Quote
Wes Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 15 inches? That sounds like a full deadlift to me, unless you are crazy tall! Look forward to the vid Thanks for the mention BTW, but I remember something about Jesse Marunde pinching 45's pretty young? Quote There is a natural order. The way things are meant to be. An order that says the good guys always win, that you die when it's your time or when you have it coming, that the ending is always happy-if only for someone else.
CoC#3 Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 You must have just missed the lockout last time. Good luck man. I hope to get them this year aswell. Though i have been able to pass them from hand to hand repetitively for a long time i still can't get more than a few mm of air on them! Quote real name: Sam Solomi

I was about 12 or 13 inches, but it was close to a lockout, the article about Jesse was here: http://www.marunde-muscle.com/fitness/askem_grip1.html Quote

CoC#3 Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 JESSE MARUNDE: JM- Well, I can lift the plates up with two hands and then let go with one and hold on for several seconds with just one hand, but can't quite get them off of the floor from a deadweight start. Quote real name: Sam Solomi
