TomY Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 Just went to close a few grippers when i felt my right forearm go tight. Its about 3" up from the crease in your arm. It tightens whenever i try to close my gripper from ccs. I did do some deadlifting earlier on with a over-under grip. Quote Do better than last time

AP Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 Inside of your elbow, and up 3"? It could be the start of some tendonitis. If its sharp it could be from the deadlifting. Give it a little rest and do some ice and extensor work and see what that does. Quote Pastrami on Wry
