Hey,

I started KTA back up again. I did it a few months ago to get the #2. Then I failed at it last time I tried because I got sick and had to take a few weeks off. I am back now and trying to stay on top of it :cool .

Anyway, this is my 5th day of KTA, first week. I picked up the trainer (warmup)...closed it unusually easy. Picked up the #1...closed it and grinded the handles for fun. Picked up the #2...closed it and held for a 4 count. I was like, well my negative gripper is the BBSM, so lets give this thing a go... Picked it up... got it down to around 1/4" :rock . Just made me feel good and felt like typing alittle so I thought I would share.

I can't wait till I get that close the #3...that is going to be exciting :yikes .

Hope everyone's grippin, pinchin, crushin, leveragin, bendin, overall hand strengthenin is goin good,

Hey,

Good call with the #3 for negatives, I just tried it...I used to not be able to do that. Man, it feels so good to do negatives with the #3. I will start those up next week...I am gonna do one more day of week 1. I still have to use the #1 for low range gripper, haven't mastered the #2 yet, feels like I will be mastering it soon though :rock

Later,

Jake
