Cannon
You killed that thing! I have a question for you, Mike; it seems that according to IM's rules, acceptable bending styles require that "Only your hands are touching and bending the nail." However, it seems like most people kind of trap the nail under their chin. It's apparently okay for your chin to touch the nail because it's not helping bend the nail? Booyah!!!
Sorry, I am not an expert at this, I just bend them, and thanks!!! That was a PR for me.

I've never understood DO bending, nor will I. I wanna learn it though. My reverse bending is gonna kill my tendons one day. It looks to me that people are holding way out on the ends of the bar when they DO bend. But I have no idea. I've tried DO with a yellow nail, but couldn't kink it. I then reverse bent it like it was made of butter. hmmm Edited August 27, 2006 by Mats Erik
Booyah!!!
Hi Mats, Keep watching DO bending and practice with something you can bend. How about sending in a video of you wrapping and bending, and have the GripBoard guys critique your form.
