oso
I'm going to do the KTA program again starting today, and can close the #2 somewhat well with the right hand but nothing with the left. My goal gripper is going to be the #2 with both hands because I want to dominate the 2 with both hands before moving up to BBSM, but what should my negative gripper be? the #3 or the BBSM? oso
Thanks everyone, I'm about where you are Richiec, i can't quite close it with my left yet, but can rep it with my right a little. I tried negs on the BBSM and it feels too easy, i can keep it close to shut for more than 10 seconds. I don't have a bbgm so I'll be using the #3 then. Teemu I
#3 is a good choice.

Timmy
You could go a BB Elite if you want to be severe.
