MrZsasz
Almost of my bends are uneven. I know it's hard to say without seeing me bend, but any idea what might be causing this? And more importantly, how do I get it to stop?
Crotchulla
I'm not an expert yet, but I'm pretty sure your wraps are just not placed right. When I take my time to wrap up the bar it bends dead center. When I just slap them on for volume work they are off center prolly half the time. MrZsasz
Measure & mark it. Hmmm I'll give it try. Never really occurred to me that it could be the wraps as I try to feel with my fingers to line them up the same. I thought it might be something like one wrist wasn't working at hard but this seems like an easy fix. I'll let you know...thanks to both. steelbiceps
I think the wrists working asymmetrically could also do it, but if you look and feel like your wrists are working equally hard, it's probably just the wrap/hand position. I sometimes bend stuff off center on purpose to make S shapes or whatever. Eventually you get the knack and can make it bend wherever you want. Just curious....

Just curious.... I try to make the first bend as off-center as possible, then I back off the pad on the long side as far as possible and try to bend the tip in whatever direction using all torque. Start with something easy to bend. When you can bend just the tips, you can then bend the middle. Just playing around, I made this: http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...si&img=4256

I'm basically using my thumb to measure how far in to make the wraps and the bend was much better. Thanks.
