Sample Workout Routine?

Well, I've been doing JUST CoC grippers. That may be a big mistake, but, I'm still new to the grip game. If you got anything else that would be beneficial to me, and easy to do/understand, then state what you think else I should be doing - I'd greatly appreciate it. For example, I thought of getting those finger bands for training my fingers. Also, I may try to do 15-20 lb blobs for start.

Besides what I said above, here is my workout routine. I currently close a #1 3-4x

Warm up with store bought grippers: 2 sets of 8-12

Trainer: 3 regular, 3 inverted each hand

CoC #1: 5 regular, 5 inverted each hand (I obviously can't get it closed all the way, but I assist and do 1-2 second negatives each rep)

CoC #2: 3 assisted reps regular, each hand

Then after my hand workout, I do put my hands in cold water and then warm water, and massage

What do you guys think?

Looks good to me. Have you thought about doing other types of grip training; you said you'd like to try the blobs? What about some thick bar training?

I think that is my main problem bro, I don't exactly know what 'pinching' and 'thick bar training' is...

:P

But yeah, are blobs very helpful? Because if so, I may think about sawing off some old dumbbells and try to make some.

One thing I do in the gym to sort of help grip: Farmer walks with 80-100 lbs... Wrist rolls, wrist curls, and reverse curls

but that's about it.

You'll figure out a lot of stuff by reading FAQ-section+get Mastery of Hand Strength by John Brookfield.
