Elbow Pain..

woah..sorry for the double topics, the gripboard was messing up on my computer, but I put that I had some elbow pain after i bent today, but it's gone now. anybody know what that is?

Don't know what caused the elbow pain, but I would be very happy it went away. My brother had a case of tendonitis from using bad form.

Lest we forget you were bending steel with your hands, I would say strain? Sorry about the smart ass comments but really man, you are putting a great deal of torque and strain on those joints: elbows and shoulders so I would say ICE and ADVIL and REST. Are your best bets man. Keep on keeping on brother bear.

You probably mildly sprained your tendon....perhaps you didnt warm up enough or went too hard?

I like cissus quadrangularis powder for tendinitis/tendon strains and glucosamine/chondroitin for the joints...works well for me....

creatine seems to help me get stronger with grip ...as well as for general recovery...

Thanks for the replies everyone, I was bending a lot of hard nails and maybe i did too many for a novice at bending. Rest has helped so far, and next bending workout im going to take it easy
