Phone Book Tearing Help?

Guest indi

Recommended Posts

ive become increasingly interested in hand/grip feats, decided to try out phone book tearing. my question is, wat can you do to train for this besides tearing books? also, does phone book tearing have any carryover to other exercises/feats?

(ive tried searching, but the search function seems to be down :( )

cheers in advance for any info/links.

Why don't you buy Dennis Rogers' DVD on tearing. He is the undisputed master of tearing phonebooks. Considering the price of the DVD, he's practically giving his training and techniques away for free.

I can't seem to find the page where Clay demonstrates the vertical and grip 'n' rip techniques. Does anyone know if that page is still out there? Thanks.
