gripuru
I have been training with sledgehammers for 1 1/2 months. I just wondering with a 31 inches sledgehammer, what would be a world class grip feat in the front lever, (as the one Slim perform) by lifting the hammer only an inch off the floor. With what weight would be a world class feat. Thanks best wishes Edited July 19, 2006 by gripuru
gripuru
My brother that has a little more than average grip strength couldn´t lift a 7 pounds sledgehammer not even 1/2 inch off the floor
