Slider454 Posted July 12, 2006 Author Posted July 12, 2006 I hope not man. Maybe you just need a break. I hope so man...I think that I bend to much and this is what leads to my injuries...I would love nothing more than to be certified on the red but at least I have taken down 5 of the suckers in regulation time...but im nowhere near that at the moment. gazza Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Troy Why not just concentrate on Du while your shoulder heals.Just trying to get as big a kink as you can each time, but leave out the crush part to save your shoulders then when your ready to return fully you should be a whole lot stronger and you wont have to give up the addiction Quote "There he goes. kerbjr Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Had a similar problem with my shoulders, and had to give up benching. My body just couldnt deal with both at the same time. As soon as I quit benching my shoulders healed up and my bending consistency improved. Never was a great bencher anyway....Brett Quote If the mind can conceive it, then the body can acheive it. smp76 Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 Heal up and come back stronger. Two shoulder reconstructions later and I am still bending. Do not count yourself out just yet. Jedd Johnson Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 Troy, I respect your decision, but I encourage you to research the web for shoulder injury rehab and I am willing to bet you can get it fixed.
