Timmy
whats the difference between no set and table no set? I used my other hand to pick it up, and place it.
bunchofbananas
ah i see, do you think it will take much time to go from ns to tns seen as all you'd need to do would be able to position it with the one hand?
BIKERICH
Great close! NS today....TNS tomorrow!
Teemu I
Yes, I have just completed my goal of No-Setting the #3 My next goal is to TNS it! Actually, I don't think there's much difference between NS and TNS. I think you'll get that TNS once you're recovered properly, as TNS requires only more time to get the handles properly positioned. Others may have different opinions, but for me that holds true. Good job!
Timmy
Yeah, the trouble with a No-Set is that my pinky locks up when the gripper is in open position. So I have to use my other 3 fingers to set it in.

joeyg
timmy, aren't you the guy with the 7" hands that said you CCS'd it a couple weeks ago? I find it hard to believe that you no-setted a new 3 with 7" hands. Video please.

makey98
I don't think that it is unreasonable to give someone some time to produce a video. If he did it for the first time, then it probably wasn't taped, so we will look forward to the video!!!! Lighten up guys.. Yes, there have been guys with 7" hands to close the 3 with a parallel set, but to claim that you no-set the 3 makes me a bit skeptical until i see video. Teemu I
You wouldn't have those doubts if you had watched his earlier videos and could draw some conclusions from them, take a look at one where Timmy attempts to close choked #4. That should tell you something.

That should tell you something. well, if he's got video of other attempts, then getting video of this should not be a problem. I'd personally would rather not see this forum turn into other forums where claims are made that are not backed up....you know, those forums where all the 16 year olds say they bench 500 and squat 800 after just 6 months of training. Yeah I totally understand your point, I just think this guy has some credibility allready. I'm positive we'll see that video soon.
ObsceneJester
well, if he's got video of other attempts, then getting video of this should not be a problem. I completly agree and disagree if that makes sense. I do agree that it would get rid of alot of skeptical calls on closing things but again when I close them I could care less what people think. It's a personal goal. I saw the video of a choker close attempt by Timmy and I'm quite impressed.. I definitly believe him (still would like to see the video) but there is one person on this board I don't believe that makes some outragous claims Anyways Timmy congrats
