Newbie Routine, Need Help Please.

Hello everybody, my name is Fausto Marini. I have the captains of crush grippers, I have the trainer, No 1, and the No 2. I was wondering if some one could give me a newbie routine that i could start off with using the trainer gripper and then moving on to the No 1 and then the No 2.

Well, without knowing where you stand on the grippers and what your best close is, start out by just repping the trainer until failure a few times. Do this several times per week. If it hurts your hands, back off. If the Trainer gets too easy, use the #1. The important thing is just to get used to the grippers, and get your hands used to them, and not to move too fast.
