FAUSTO Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Hello everybody, my name is Fausto Marini. I have the captains of crush grippers, I have the trainer, No 1, and the No 2. I was wondering if some one could give me a newbie routine that i could start off with using the trainer gripper and then moving on to the No 1 and then the No 2. Thank you so much for all the help. Soilworker Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Well, without knowing where you stand on the grippers and what your best close is, start out by just repping the trainer until failure a few times. Do this several times per week. If it hurts your hands, back off. If the Trainer gets too easy, use the #1.
