gazza
Maxwell came around today for some bendind,he did some nice bends and i was moaning about my fingers hurting,so he is having all the fun,so i hit a bastard and that felt quite easy so i have a mooch in my box of metal and bring out a piece of fbbc 5/16"x7"stainless and wonder what its like,so i prekinked it to 20degrees as my index fingers are still recovering.Well what a monster bar the crush on these babies is hard, took me about 5 mins to finish it from 20degrees. Theres a pic in my gallery. Eric your the man.

gazza
Thankyou guys But we all no what we gotta do to beat the harder steel I got some 5/16" Stainless Hex and it looks a beast. Eric when you calibrated the Stainless was the calibration measured at 30degrees the same as other bars,i ask as we no the crush on these bars is the problem so they would in affect be more say at 90degrees plus. gazza
Today me and Maxwell went to the beach with the benders box and the Lager It was 30degrees. I took out the unfinished 8mms(5/16") x 6 3/4" Hex Stainless bar i had battle with for the previous 2 days and finished it what a fight. Maxwell did some Squire stock and asked me for an fbbc bar i gave him one that was prekinked to 10degrees,it didnt move so i had a go and got it to about 70degrees,max then had another go and remarked at how hard it was,i then took it to 110degrees and thought the same cause i usually kill them at this piont, thinking that it was are previous bars that had taken it out of us i looked at the label on the bar(we label all are bars so we no which stock is which.)The label read Stainless so i get the magnet out and it is staiinless so i then had to finish it before leaving the beach, all in all another good day at the beach :
