Did Another Red

Tried the IM pads for the 1st time training for the cert bend. Went pretty easy. Been emailing back & forth with Randy about certing at the Arnold. We have to set up a time, but hopefully I'll be certed the weekend of March 3,4,5. Just going to continue to hit 1-2 per week until then, then get back on the Huge Bastard track.

I like heavy things.

That is great to hear, good luck on your cert. Perhaps you can bust off a #3 cert while you are at it :tongue

strong bends. Its hard to hold back when you want to cert too. Youll wreck it like a tooth pick!

Enter the zone, feel no pain, dont hold back, and all the power in the world is in your hands...
