The Best Wrist Roller I've Found

Recommended Posts

Over the years I have purchased six different wrist rollers, and of these, the Twist-O-Grip is the only one that has satisfied all of my reqirements:

- Unlimited Resistance. You can tighten this puppy to the point to where it can't be budged.

- The resistance won't slip requiring continuous retightening.

- The action is smooth. It doesn't catch or bind.

And as an added attraction, the wide, contoured rubber handles offer an excellent grip.

Here's a link to their site:

How hard is the hardest setting. This looked interesting before but wasnt sure if it would provide enough resistance. It looks like it could be used to simulate Brookfields towel ringing exercise which I love.

Again, it can be tightened to where you can barely budge it. I set it to do 20 repetitions, and after three sets, you can really feel it!

Wrist rollers have always appealled to me as an exercise tool, as they combine underhand/overhand wrist curls into one exerciser. I have always been on the search for that perfect wrist roller and I mean it when I say that I have found it.

Lifeline has a twist gripper called the Sports Grip that simulates the towel thing. I also have one of those and use it at the end of the Twist-O-Grip workout as an isokinetic exercise to finish off the workout.

Thanks for the info. How would you compare Twist-O-Grip to the Grip Stik? The Grip Stik works well for me, but I'm always looking to upgrade to better equipment (read "get new grip toys")...
