Number Ten Ox Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I would get a hammer that gives you a bit of trouble or you're just going to wish you had a heavier one. You can always choke up on the handle. Quote We do your stuff nearly as well as you do, you can't do ours very well at all, and we do everything that we both don't do much better than you can. FrankyBoy Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I had tremendous success with bends just beyond my limit. That means in every workout I continued to attack a nail which I failed on last time. Those workout were hard, mainly isometrics and lasted from 60-90 minutes, but they worked great. Quote
onslaught61 Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 chest crushing grippers ive tried those, but i screwed up my left wrist. does that mean my form is wrong or anything? cause the gripper handle applies hella force to the hand/wrist. Quote

supermagnamon Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 Levering with sledge hammers and chest crushes on gripppers is probably the next best thing to do, then. Quote Real Name: Ronnie CastroBlog: http://www.thebigfilipino.com/blog.html

So all forearm and wrist work will be helpful. Quote
