supermagnamon Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Great job, man. I haven't been able to get the 16lber, yet. I should be able to get it in a couple of weeks. If you want to be better in levering, you will have to have strongers from doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, so you can be more stable. ruffhans Posted January 1, 2006 Author Posted January 1, 2006 (edited) yeah,....i was wondering if i would have to start doing something else along with levering to build up the wrist suport strength needed when levering heavy lbs. especialy if i want to lever 15 lbs while haveing my arm tight to a table. i can see where sideways wrist strength is needed alot to balance the hammer from tipping side to side. usualy going very slow helps.
