this is one tip if you have dry hands like me when i rub them together it sounds like two saws cutting wood no joke if i soak my hands in warm water 10 minutes and let them soak up some water it adds about 50lb to my lifts :rolleyes

i just stick with the dry hands and no chalk. also, before i lift, i do an indian burn with my hands on the RT.

Keep hands clean and dry. No need for chalk with the PVC handle. Train once a week with singles, adding weight until too heavy to lift.
