Newbie Question For Uk Gripboard Memebers

This is question for any of the UK members.I want to start some nail bending and was wondering where the best place in the UK is to get nails and bolts.

I can get the Ironmind nails but I was wondering if there was a cheaper option

i was paying £2 for 6 nails and then i started looking at timber yards and places like that and buying them by the kilo it works out alot cheaper in the long run

are very cheap, certainly compared to the DIY stores or places like G A Day's etc. They're pretty east to bend, and they cut down easy with some bolt cutters to add more of a challenge.

Other than finding a steel rod supplier, Intense Fitness sell steel bars, Stan will cut them to the length you want, they range from 6 to 10mm, I've got some 8mm 6" lengths and they're much much tougher than the 6" nails.
