Big Steve Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Use a thumbless grip as you lift weights at the gym. Try to drive your fingers through the bar as you are lifting it. They should turn a nice shade of white if you are them right. All so get a block of wood the size of a deck if cards put a hole in the bottom, put a string throw it and tie it to weights or use your loading pin. Then pick the weight up with the same grip as if you were ripping cards. You can all so take a block of wood and do negatves, what I mean by this is try to rip the wood in half. Hope this helps you.
