kelby Posted December 28, 2005 Posted December 28, 2005 which muscles inlolve hitting a tire with a sledge hammer. we just welded a thirty five pound sledge hammer together. we got different sizes of cylinders and melted led into the gaps. turned out nice. if only i new how to used computers good. i would email it to here. will anyway i am new to this workout never tried it before. i was talking to john brookefield on the phone and he used a fifty pound hammer and hits it for 20 minuted to half hour with out stopping. alternating left and right. i never did ask him which muscles to expect to be sore.
