Swing a 50# sledge at shoulder height for a 1/2 hour? Your Hair might not be sore, but everything else should be...

We do your stuff nearly as well as you do, you can't do ours very well at all, and we do everything that we both don't do much better than you can. Not very humble, I know, but true. -Coach Glassman

Don't worry what muscles you'll hit. Just do it for a while (20-30 min) and the next day you WILL know.

almost any type of exercise on the sledge hammer, will hit your wrist. if you do it for 20-30 minutes, i'm pretty sure that your shoulders, traps and arms will something as well.

Have you ever split wood with an axe? Your hands, forearms, back, abs, biceps, traps and your wrists will feel like they've been through a good heavy workout. Give it a try, if you keep the pace going it's very cardio intense too.
