tusenkonstnar Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 Whats the difference between theese tools?? Are they any good for wrist strength? Quote
supermagnamon Posted December 28, 2005 Posted December 28, 2005 The only difference between them is the length, the feel and the cost. They both are around the same price range, if you are not building your on wrist reinforcer. Personally, I would just get a heavy hammer. They are both great for working on the wrists, when you do levering with them. Quote Real Name: Ronnie CastroBlog: http://www.thebigfilipino.com/blog.html
TelegraphKey Posted December 28, 2005 Posted December 28, 2005 If you can buy a standard dumbell handle from Play It Again Sports, which plate-loads standard plates, you can leave plates off of one end, and VOILA! you have EXACTLY the Wrist Reinforcer: 14" long, with weight on one end, and a 1" thick handle. I bought my dumbell handle for $3. The Heavy Hammer is 18" long, and it has a 2" thick handle. I have one and I think it's cool! Works your grip more because you have to grip it harder because of the thick handle.
