TennisDude
Was thinking about making a yoke out of plumbers piping, but couldn't decide as to which "version" to make. http://img9.photobucket.com/albums/v24/Lys...ab/yoke_003.jpg OR http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...&cmd=si&img=319 Anyone have any ideas? Maybe someone has made a yoke of their own and would like to share. Thanks, Chris
apttdwler
Mine is simular to the second link. There are also a couple other links on my site. I think all would work fine. If you have some supplies on hand, that would make the decision easier. I haven't tried any other than mine, so I can't compare.... http://www.geocities.com/fightraining/strongyoke.htm
TennisDude
I have seen that one. Good work making it. I have no plumbers piping on hand.
joehawkins
I don't know where I saw it, but someone had also used an Olympic bar as the yoke, and just used a set of 2" plumber's tees, with pipe and a flange at the bottom. The tees just slipped over the ends of the bar, that way yu could also dismantle it for storage. Be a bitch to change weights though.
