Since i have a weak grip i was wondering if you are training on the Apollons axle should you incorporte any specific gripwork as well or does the axle take care of all aspects of grip?

Thanks,

Jeremy

Thanks Scott,

I was going to use leverages and thick bar wrist and plate curls for my wrist. What do you recommend for finger extentions?

Good Idea,

have you tried thrusting your hand into sand? How often do you train grip?

Depends on what kind of training, and what you want to do with your grip. Are you doing everthing imaginable on the Axle? Or just specific stuff like curls?

Overhand deads are a good one. Even benching gives you some benefit as well.
