oso
About a minute ago, I haven't opened it yet, but I have a question. I will still have access to it if I turn my computer off then back on and run through a router?

Mr.Moose
Sorry to hijack I'm thinking about getting the KTA but one thing makes me hesitant. I only have a crap landline (56 Kb) and the server cuts the connection sometimes. My question is: If the server cuts during download, can I hook up again and finish the download or is it gone? ie I have to purchase a new key? Sorry for the hijack Thanks Claes
Scott Styles
You do not use the key until you have fully downloade the file. Dial up will not be an issue.

It was sent to you at 7pm last night. Ten minutes after you submitted for it.

oso
I have a question about it, I'm going to be cutting soon, will this diet affect the outcome of my crushing strength increase?
Fissure
I'm going to be cutting soon I cut up some 1/4" cold rolled yesterday - didn't effect my grip strenght at all
oso
Oops. I guess I worded that wrong. I meant that on my main workout phase, I'm bulking now, and going into cutting fat in a few weeks. I'm just wondering is a caloric deficit going to hurt my gains on grip strength? steelbiceps
I think more full-body exercises like deads, bench press, and for that matter probably bending, are more affected by diets. Plain crush should be less affected, since your body can heal microtrauma to the relatively small muscle group involved. Your grip training should be especially resistant to the diet if you are still making any "beginner gains". Plus, of course, your training will probably hit new levels if you start the KTA. Then it's not even an apples-to-apples comparison anymore.
Bill Piche
Don't try and do too many things at once with your body in general. Sorta like: New powerlifting PR cycle for both squat and deads. Crossfit on off days New cutting diet KTA Stay up late and watch Letterman.
