gamidon
You will get it very soon, if you are at that point it should go down. Work on your speed too, get it hot, get it moving and keep the pressure on.

John Beatty
Thanks guys. I think a lot of it was due to Greg's wraps. I can actually apply full force to the bar. Plus I changed my form to DO & got it down. Plus I actually started training regularly. Sean- The bending was after Strongman training. Just 800lb tire & log press. It was only 12 degrees & I haven't finished installing my woodburner in the shop yet, so wasn't too motivated to be out there.

If my garage did not have heat you might have just seen a video of Jason and I frozen, it has been -4 or 0 for the last week! Oh, and I am not sure John but I think flipping 800lb tires and log presses count for a good solid warm up, do you hear that Jason? Warming up is a good thing! -Sean

GatorGrip
It is amazing how once that mental barrier is broken how fast a bender can bend that steel to their will! Keep up the phenomenal progress John, I love to hear it because it gives me hope that a mere human can do this one day with hard work and persistence!
