Wayne
overcrush is closing the gripper and crushing it beyond the force required to hold it shut. you will be able to feel weather or not you are getting a good overcrush when you try it or if your just holding it closed. for negatives i take a gripper harder than you goal gripper, although others use their goal gripper, and close it with both hands then take the assisting hand away and try your hardest to crush it, even though you can't. i used to do way more negatives but lately i'm doing more overcrushes. i mix it up all the time i don't fallow a set workout or anything.
