austinslater
I was hoping to buy a thick ez curl bar but the prices I have found have been way too high. Any ideas on converting my ez curl bar to a thick bar? I was thinking about the ez grips but not sure if they fit on a ez curl bar. Any suggestions? Thanks guys Austin

dennisb
How about buying a standard style EZ curl bar. Not the oly. type buy a piece of pipe installation slide it on the bar. Now buy a piece of PVC and a Heat gun heat it up so its malible( spelling) slide it over the installation carefully with gloves allow it to cool and your done. You may need to try this a few times until you get it right. But it works. Still cheaper then buying a $200 EZ curl bar.

rying
Get one of those foam pads for a squat bar. $10 tops. Cut in half and put on the bar where you grip. Makes a 2" diameter "soft" thickbar. I have this setup on my ez-bar and it's great for reverse curls.
