Preimes
Hello everyone, I feel very lucky to have the chance to learn from such accomplished grippers and athletes. I have already doubled my gripping knowledge in just a week reading old posts. I primarily train grip for collegiate wrestling but also have become irreversibly addicted to having powerful hands in general. My current strength training consists primarily of kettlebell work, pistols, chins, and grip stuff. I currently work with CoC #1, #2, #3, #4, Hub-pinch, wrist-rolling, and block lifting (1/2 80lb York cut). I recently ordered the BBSM to bridge the gap from the #2 to the #3. Current primary grip goals include: Crush #2 5x right, 1x consistently left Crush BBSM each hand Pinch 40lb Hex block each hand hold 20 secs Pinch 2x35's plates each hand and lift to knee level -Thanks for reading -Matt
