PinchBlocks
I am wondering for those that do pinch work, especially with wood cut blocks, if anyone has experimented with torquing the wrist close to 90 degrees (knuckles facing the forearm) I understand that this might not be safe, but in climbing, my weakness is reaching for pinch grip above my head forcing my wrist in this direction. Jedd Johnson
Done gradually and avoiding super jumps up in weight you should be in good shape. Include extensor work for balance and tractioning of the wrist and you should be able to keep everything balanced and healthy. -Jedd-
Big Steve
Wow I just got a great idea! Thanks for posting your thoughts. Plate curls behind your back is a good builder too.
