Hello,

My name is Masahiro Sawada, 27 years old, from Japan.

180 cm tall,weight about 95kg.

I did the rowing at the university and did the arm wrestling after graduation, got COC grippers after that.

I started grip training hard from autumn last year, and succeeded in closing #3 for the first time in the summer this year.

I was able to succeed in #3 closing, thanks to the information on gripboard, KTA, and instruction by COC gotenmyoou. I am thankful to all you.

I am glad, if you call me "TG" as gotenmyoou says.

Thank you!!

Congratulations on your very impressive accomplishment, TG! If all Captains of Crush were required to do what you have done the list would be much shorter. :bow

Good Job. I went to Masahiro's website( http://green.kakiko.com/sannigiri/) and found some incredible grip exercises that he does. The bad side is that all info is in Japanese language.

A question for Masahiro: what specific exercises did you do for arm-wrestling?Thanks

Thank you for your reply,everyone.

I am sorry I may write the text which has a mistake since I am not so good at English.

I had closed #2 two years or more before. But, at the time, I could not think that #3 could be closed and was not training earnestly.

And time passed.I got and closed BB SUPERMASTER by the first challenge in last autumn.

But I could not close #3 at that time, there was a width of before or after 10mm.

Although I applied a trial-and-error method after that, more than it #3 were not able to be closed.

Then I met with COC gotenmyoou on web, and he recommended me KTA.

I tried KTA hard, and after THREE WEEKS,I could closed #3.

After that, I also began training using blockweights presented by him.

In this way, I was able to strengthen the power of hands and was able to close #3 under the new rule this summer .

spursas, thank you for visiting to my website.

As training for arm wrestling,I do chinning exercises with my wrists bent inside, added the plates of 30 to 40 kg to the body, bar behind the head.

Thanks!!
