cajunjay
Hey guys I own 2 block weights a 25 and a 35, i usually just lift the 25 for timed holds and use the 35 for lifts as i high as i can, usually a quick 2-3 second lift. Im new to using blocks and havnt yet recieved my copy of "Mastery of hand strength" so im not sure what Brookfield recommends. So i would be really grateful if anyone could throw me a few tips. SqeezeMasterFlash
The more dynamic the exercise the faster you'll progress. Cleans are better than deads, snatches are better than cleans, and tossing it from hand to hand with an overhand catch is just about the best there is.
