First Workout

Hey guys,

I got my grip and forearm equipment last weekend and played around with it a bit, especially the grippers, but I have started my proper workouts this week. I am doing it once a week to make sure I recover well.

I did some wrist rolling, sledge work, grip work, block work, sand blasting, finger push ups, and bag catching (discussed in Master of Hand Strength). Last weekend, to my extreme suprise, I could not even close the trainer in my right hand!!! Suprisingly, today, it was much easier for me and I completely closed it which I am exteeeeemely happy about because I feel much less weak now lol :D It seems my grip is already getting better!!!

My grip and forearms are 100% fried now...I can barely type lol...but this was the funnest workout of my life!!!

I love grip work!!!!

I hear ya. I did a hard workout today on my NYB grip machine. My forearms were SCREAMING :blink ... it was a great workout. If you don't have a grip machine, GET ONE! Either buy it or make it yourself; extremely beneficial to improving your grip IMHO (this is a basic plate-loader that I'm talking about BTW).
