mrzero Posted October 12, 2004 Share Posted October 12, 2004 So this weekend I ended up with a pretty heavy grip day on saturday when I was showing a friend some stuff to work his hands (He's stuck in his dead lift because his grip keeps giving out.) Took sunday off and just did some light levering and gripper work last night. today I woke up and my hands are really stiff and cramping, any thoughts? I've seen some things on parrifin dips, and I usually ice my hands after (didn't yesterday because it was a really light workout). Also, can someone explain what a linement is and what it's used for?
