Grip And Supplements?

Do any of you guys who do exclusive lower arm training (no other training besides that) take supplements such as whey protein or creatine? I am wondering whether to start taking them both on my training days...wondering if it is really necessary as I am working such a small part of my body. I have a good diet now, lots of protein, but still it might help.

Everyday I take a multivitamin, Glucosimine/MSM, extra Vitamin C, Fish Oil. On days that I train I take some Whey (Prolab N-Large 2). When I am competing I add Glutamine to my regimen. It isn't necessary to take supplements, but it doesn't hurt at all. ;)
