SqeezeMasterFlash
At first I thought you were talking about armwrestlers having a leg amputated to get in a lower weightclass. If you want surgical tubing check the yellow pages for medical suppliers. Or check Froogle. There's plenty of it out there.

maidenfan
I occassionally use jumpstretch bands, looping an end to my power rack then simulating an armwrestle movement. The IM fabled cables (surgical tubing) would also work well.
chuck
www.mcmaster.com search under shock cords pallet banding rubber tubing I'm sure you'll find what you need in one or more of those categories
Zevich
Surgical tubing comes in different sizes. The bigger the size the more resistance.

Clay Edgin
The bicycle tubes thing is a good idea. They're free at any bike repair shop since they throw them out anyway, and you can get a lot of pull out of one without it breaking

Darco
I use therabands for this, I also use them for a TON of rotator cuff exercises. I find this pic while snooping around the jumpstrech site, it was so disturing I had to post it. http://jumpstretch.com/images/Kangaroo.gif Edited October 11, 2004 by Darco
smitty
Therabands are good but expensive, you can get the same thing from Stretchwell.com at a very discounted price...
MikeP
Bulk tubing made for working out. http://www.lifeline-usa.com/products.cfm?c...=9&productid=52 This is the best cable set on the market, so I have heard. I use a homemade set and the IM set. http://www.mikebrownsolutions.com/cables.htm He uses the teal lifeline cable. Look around the lifeline site and it will give the strengths, etc. You can take the bulk and tie it in knots to make loops if you wish. He is a good strandpulling board (maybe the only?) http://pub59.ezboard.com/fstrandpullingfrm1
